This attractive yet rugged touch-screen device is the unit of choice for in-store feedback where space permits and mains power is available. It can sit on a desk or be stand-mounted. The large screen size maximises ease-of-use. Multimedia adverts or promotions can run on-screen in idle time. Both wireless and wired connection to your network are supported. Tablet PC

This small form-factor “Tablet” PC is ideal as a desktop unit for space-constrained customer-facing service points, or for use by an interviewer in intercept surveys. In fixed locations, power is supplied by the mains plug-pack. In a mobile setting, the tablet gives a good mix of small unit size and low weight with a large enough screen for ease of use, providing hours of continuous work under battery power when canvassing customer opinion whilst on the move. The hand-held personal digital assistant (PDA) device is amongst the smallest of our touch-screen range. Typically using a stylus for on-screen selections, this small unit is a good choice where the customer situation demands a very compact, light-weight, minimally intrusive yet still robust way to engage the questions.
