With our full service package, we partner with you to develop your research / survey program.
- We bring our experience to the overall project design, planning a solution to your customer opinion needs
- We work with you to understand your business and customer interaction / opinion needs.
- We help you design your questions, and draw from the experience of others.
- We help you plan your device needs, mix and locations and any communications links required.
- We help you plan whether there’s a need to integrate other approaches (web, paper, IVR) with your device-based strategy.
- We do all the back-end work to enter, edit save and publish the questions to the devices, web or paper, and change them as needed.
- We help you choose your reporting options, then do the set-up for you, including security and automated delivery.
- We also provide wrap-up recommendations at the project’s conclusion.
- If you require them, we have optional consulting and related services in the field of customer voice and complaints, based on international and national best-practice standards.
If you don’t have your own devices you are welcome to rent them. But, as the project’s timeframe gets longer, it may be more cost-effective to consider buying or leasing the devices. You can always use them again, for this or other surveys in the future. A project can begin as a rental, then later convert. Talk with us about your needs.
Self Service / Do It Yourself
You are provided an account and password to access the online Survey Manager Console.
This enables you to:
- design your own customer surveys
- load these to your touch-screen equipment
- publish them to the Web and to paper
- track survey progress
- capture data from all sources into one repository
- analyse data and produce reports
- access online forms-based question/answer support at no additional charge
- (Faster response, on-demand support is available via a optional pre-paid-hours support package.)
Hybrid – Use us to fill the gaps
Having your own devices, you will soon develop expertise in using the Survey Manager Console. It’s really quite simple, once you get started. But, even so, as you develop new ideas for surveys and consider new types of reports you would like, there will be times when you could use some extra help. We are always here to provide that, and you have several options for tapping into our expertise and resources.
- As a valued client, you have access to our client portal – a secure part of our website – which contains a number of tutorials and self-help resources
- Also, as a valued client, you are welcome, at no charge, to use our Q&A web-form to ask for advice on any aspect of Opinionmeter technology or customer survey practices, and we will be happy to respond, typically the same or the next business day.
- If you would like personalised, on-demand telephone and email support, you can optionally pre-purchase some “SHOE”s – Support Hours by Opinionmeter Experts. Spend a “SHOE” for detailed, timely support whenever you need it.
- If your needs fall outside the above, we are always happy to provide consulting services on a fee-for-service basis, either on an hourly rate or an agreed block fee for agreed deliverables. Talk to us about your needs.
Rental options
For short-term customer survey projects, rental is a quick and easy choice. We work with you to design the survey and to select its deployment technology options. Then we develop, publish and deploy the survey, configure and deliver the equipment. At the end of the project, the equipment is returned to us and we report the data outcomes.
