	Best when you are familiar with how to use the Survey Manager Console.	This is the Full-Service option where you leave the work to us.	Best when you are gaining familiarity with using the Survey Manager Console but still need some support

BUY: I expect to use devices over a significant period. I will buy them up-front.	We will quote you for the device mix of your choice. (An annual hardware maintenance contract is an optional extra.) Your use of the Survey Manager Console is based on an annual fee for each device. Self-guided tutorials are included. We will provide formal training for your staff, at your option. If you need help, we’re always here for you – see the Hybrid column at right.	We will quote you for the whole project, including: - The device mix of your choice. (An annual hardware maintenance contract is an optional extra.) - Our end-to-end services fee for the project, from planning through to reporting. - An optional retainer for post-project support (see Hybrid column)	As your needs dictate, we will quote you to provide: - consulting services, - project planning advice, - back-up for your staff in any aspects they need help with, - project management, data analysis, report design and delivery, - Overflow / additional devices on a short term basis as required. Ask us about our pre-paid-hours support package option.
LEASE: I expect to use devices over a significant period and prefer a lease to pay for them over time.	As above, except we will establish a monthly lease over an agreed period for the devices. RENT: I have a short-term need only and want to rent devices, then return them.	Since you won’t be familiar with using the Survey Manager Console for set-up and reporting of surveys, the DIY approach is not practical in this situation.	In rental situations, for a single agreed fee, we do it all for you: survey design, provide hardware & software and provide reporting and support. See table of rates.	Whilst renting, you can take the opportunity to gain familiarity with the devices and the Survey Manager Console, with a view to moving away from rental to ownership next time. Consider adding an optional training session to your rental.

If you already have devices, you already have access to the online Survey Manager Console. If not, we provide access.	There is an annual fee equivalent to one device fee for the ability to create / deploy / report an unlimited number of Web surveys. Each separate web survey attracts a fee of 1/12th the annual device fee for each month it remains active.	We will quote you, including: - design - publishing to Web - reporting	Any of our services are available to you. Tell us how we can help, and we will quote you.

If you already have devices, you already have access to the online Survey Manager Console. If not, we provide access.	There is an annual fee equivalent to one device fee for the ability to create / deploy / report an unlimited number of paper-based surveys. Each separate paper survey attracts a fee of 1/12th the annual device fee for each month it remains active.
