Whilst data collection is a critical and necessary step, customer surveys are not really about “data”; they’re about insight – and the key

The reporting tool is rich in functions yet easy to use. It compiles the raw data from your survey campaigns, bringing together data from all your touch devices at various locations, plus your web-based questions and paper-forms. Then it transforms the data into useful information, presented to you in easy-to-understand reports. These can be printed, saved for later re-use, or distributed.

Automated report delivery: With Report Scheduler, set up customised reports to be run at any time you wish, and then be delivered to recipients you have chosen on dates and/or on a regularity you determine – all completely automatically

Output Options: In addition to being viewable and printable from the screen, the Opinionmeter Reporter can export any report as a PowerPoint chart, Word, Excel or PDF document, or as a Web page. Additionally, raw data can be exported at any time for inclusion in the statistical software package of your choice, such as SPSS, Crystal Reports, Cognos etc.

Accessibility: Being web-based, reports can be viewed from any computer whether you are in your office, at home, or in the field.

Report Security: Your reports are secured in a personal password- protected account. Distributed versions can restrict visible data by recipient.

Many analysis options: With only a couple of mouse clicks, select amongst powerful analysis report options - Summary reports of tabular data plus click-to-see graphic visualisations, cross-tabulations in text or graphics, trend analyses, location comparisons, service scores, respondent levels, and more.

Visually-appealing colour-coordinated schemes help bring reports alive. Select amongst the in-built schemes including Excel-like, steel-blue, grey-scale, earth-tone, beige, berry, chocolate, fire, green-blue and more.

Other customisations: Choose your own chart/graph resolution from 96dpi for on-screen right up to 1200dpi for highest-quality printing or large-screen display. Choose fonts and sizes, even optional 3D effects, to give your reports that professional touch, easily, all within the Opinionmeter Reporter, without having to resort to external software tools.

Standard Summary Reports: Sometimes, a simple tabular view is all that’s required. Where standard satisfaction responses are requested across a number of questions stacked bar often is the simplest way to visually display the data and trends. For more complex visualisations, select from a range of multi-variable pie charts, ribbon charts.

More complex analyses and data visualisations: “Top-box” or “top-two-box” scores can be calculated and displayed based on question comparisons or over time. The Cross tabulation option also provides a series of filters: data can be filtered by date, time or any particular answer, with filters used alone or in combination. Compare location or relative performance, or variations during a day or other time period, with a choice of multi-variate pie or bar options.
