Web-based (online) Surveys

Web-based surveys accessible from your website or via a clickable link in an email are a fast, easy way to engage customer feedback.   With Opinionmeter, web-based surveys can be created, distributed and reported using the same process, even the same questions, as your device-based surveys.  They can also be engaged by SmartPhones.

Instead of taking a dis-integrated approach using a different toolset for online surveys, Opinionmeter brings your entire customer survey strategy together, with devices, web and paper surveys feeding into one repository for integrated analysis and reporting.

The “create once, publish many” capability means the features of surveys created for touch-screen devices are (with only a couple of exceptions) also available on a web-based version with no additional effort.  All the usual capabilities including branching logic, embedded graphics and more are available to on-line surveys, just as they are for the device-based ones.

You can place a link to your survey/questionnaire on your website for any visitor to access, or place a link in a personalised email, inviting only selected customers to the survey.

Mobile-phone web surveys

These days, many mobile phones are capable of interacting with the Web.  Opinionmeter enables you to leverage that capability so that your customers can engage your surveys on their own phones.

The web surveys as described on this page can be small-screen-friendly, suitable for engagement on the screen of today’s typical smart phones.  Simply publish an Opinionmeter survey to the web as part of your survey strategy and draw your customers’ attention to it as they move through your environment.  They can surf to the URL, engage your survey, and their responses gathered this way merge seamlessly with device-based, other online and paper responses for consolidated reporting.

With customers increasingly carrying their own “always on” internet-connected communications devices, there are exciting possibilities emerging to build feedback communities by inviting customers to access your surveys whilst in your space or on the move.  Talk with us about any special needs and let us help develop your ideas.
